Halloween Trunk or Treat October 31

The City's annual Trunk or Treat event will be held Thursday, October 31. Various businesses, individuals, organizations, and churches will be passing out candy from 6-8 pm. Kids can Trick-or-Treat up and down the 300-600 blocks of Don Tyler Avenue (Dewey's main street) .

If you'd like to pass out candy, you can set up at a location on a first-come, first-served basis (please be in place by 5:45 pm). Businesses have first pick of a location in front of their stores. If you are going to play games at your space, we ask that you pick a place where the crowd won't block the flow of foot traffic.

If you wish to donate candy to be handed out, please bring it to City Hall.

Don Tyler Ave. (between Delaware and Highway 75) will be blocked off just before 6 pm and closed to anything but pedestrian traffic until 8 pm for the safety of our trick-or-treaters.
